Medicare Rebates are available with a Mental Health Care Plan and Referral from a General Practitioner for up to 10 sessions in a Calendar year for individual sessions with a Clinical Psychologist, Psychologist, Mental Health Social Worker or Mental Health Occupational Therapist. Any of our clinicians are available to see without a referral, however no Medicare rebate will be accessible. Private Health Funds vary in their rebatable amount, depending on your level of cover, the Fund and the profession of the Clinician you are seeing.  Please discuss with us and we can assist you with the details to provide to your Health Fund to ascertain rebate details.   If accessing Private Health Fund Rebates, you do not require a referral from your GP. All of our sessions are for 50 minutes.  If you would like longer sessions, please discuss with our administration team who can confirm process and fees. Telehealth / Videocall Sessions are available through direct booking with reception, with current eligibility for Medicare Rebate.  Cancellation Policy  We understand that appointment cancellations and rescheduling are often needed, and you may cancel your appointment via phone or email, up until 24 hours prior to your appointment.  This allows us opportunity to offer appointments to other clients.  Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of your appointment time or failure to attend your scheduled appointment, will incur the full fee.

Family Therapy

Family Therapy and Relationship sessions are not eligible for a Rebate under Medicare Guidelines. 

Family Therapy Intake – Adult $250 per parent/guardian/party

Family Therapy Intake – Child $180

Family and/or Child/Parent Sessions $360

Family Therapy Sessions (3+ people) 1.5 hr  – $450

Co-parenting Sessions 1.5 hr – $360

Individual Session – $180 – $220

Relationship Counselling $200-$300

Reports

Reports for schools, employers and support services are available by request, summarising presenting concerns, clinical assessment, treatment and recommendations.  

Summary reports and recommendations post Family Therapy and/or Family Court Ordered Parent/Child Therapy, are available by request.  

Fees:  $250 / hour, please contact to discuss your requirements and an estimate will be provided.

Professional Supervision

Professional Supervision – provision of supervision services as per Professional Association guidelines, 50 minute sessions

Mental Health Social Worker – $180.00
